Box Office Hours

Hollywood Behind-the-Scenes departs daily and promptly at 10 a.m., 12 p.m., 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. Our Box Office opens for check-in 30 minutes prior to each departure time.

  • Please allow for traffic and parking when planning your arrival. If you are arriving from areas outside of LA County including Anaheim and San Diego traffic is a major consideration in timing your arrival.
  • Tours operate on a strict time schedule and must start on time. Our guides must have a 30 minute break in between tours. For these reasons persons arriving late may not be admitted. If you arrive late you may be admitted to the next tour time provided there is availability.
  • During low season our tour guides double as Box Office attendants, the Box Office opens 30 minutes prior to each departure time, and the Box Office closes when guides are running tours.

Parking Information

Parking is at your own discretion at Hollywood & Highland Shopping Center and at nearby parking lots. Hard Rock will validate for discounted parking at Hollywood & Highland.

Metro Directions

Hollywood & Highland Metro Station. As you exit the station we’re to the right, INSIDE Hard Rock Cafe and next to the Dolby Theatre.

9:30am to 5:00pm daily except! Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day
Please note the following:

Parking is at your own discretion at the Los Angeles Central Library “Westlawn Garage” Left turn into the garage as you drive south on Flower Street. We validate for discounted parking.

7th & Metro Station. As you exit the station walk north on Flower Street. Turn right on 5th street to the US Bank Tower.
