What do you mean by calendar days over a two-week period?
Your Go Los Angeles Pass is valid for the number of days you selected for up to two weeks from first use. Days do not have to be used consecutively and your pass will be activated the first time you visit an attraction.
For example, if you activate a three-day pass on a Monday, then your pass will be good for that day and two more calendar days in the next two weeks to follow. If you decide to go sightseeing again that Friday, then you will have one day left to use, and so on.
Please note that these are calendar days, not 24-hour periods, so we suggest you start your day early!
What if my plans change?
With Smart Destinations’ Free Cancellation Insurance, you can return any unactivated passes to Smart Destinations for a full refund, within a year of the purchase date.
How many days should I buy?
Most travelers visit between two and three attractions each day, depending on individual preference. We suggest you count the number of attractions and divide by the number of days to get an estimate. Our most popular pass is the three-day pass.
How much will I save?
Compare the price of the pass to the gate prices of the attractions to see how much you can save. Many customers save more than 50%.
Can I share my Go Los Angeles Pass with a friend, or sell it?
A Go Los Angeles Pass is non-transferrable. Once you start using it, you are the only person who can use it to get into attractions. You must sign the signature strip on the back of the card and you may be asked to present an ID. Go Los Angeles Passes cannot be re-sold.
If you are traveling with a group, you may be asked to present each member of your group at the ticket window, for proof of ID.
Is my card valid all day?
Your pass is valid for daytime admission to attractions. This means that attractions cannot be visited after 5:30 p.m. with the Go Los Angeles Pass — so plan your day accordingly.
Can I visit the same attraction more than once?
In most cases, you can visit each attraction once per day. Some attractions are valid only once during the life of the pass. Please reference your guidebook page for specific information on each attraction.
What is the age cut off for child tickets?
Child passes are for ages 3-12. Most attractions are free for children under three.
Where can I pick up my passes once I get to the city?
You can pick up your passes at the Red Line Tour box office anytime between 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Where can I buy the passes once I get there?
You can purchase your passes (or additional passes) at the Red Line Tours box office anytime between 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Do I need to make reservations to visit the attractions?
Attractions that require a reservation will display an “R” symbol on the guidebook page.
Some attractions require a credit card to hold a reservation. In these cases, your credit card will not be charged unless you do not show up for your reservation.
What’s the catch?
There’s no catch. Go Los Angeles Pass has a partnership with all of the participating attractions to make your visit to Los Angeles as memorable as possible and to help you save time and money.
