Present your New York Explorer Pass at the CitySights Visitor Center (234 W. 42nd St. in Times Square inside the lobby of Madame Tussauds) for a ticket for the CitySights bus tour of your choice, which can then be used to board the tour you have selected.
Although the Brooklyn Tour departs from Whitehall St. between Bridge & Pearl Streets near the tip of Manhattan, you will need to have picked up a ticket from the CitySights Visitor Center in Times Square BEFORE boarding. The Visitors Center and the Brooklyn Tour departure location are quite far apart, so please make sure you allow yourself enough time to pick up your ticket before the departure time of the Brooklyn Tour you wish to take.
Please note that your New York Explorer Pass allows you to choose one CitySights Tour per the life of the card. Select from the following tours: the Hop-On Hop-Off Downtown Tour, the Uptown Treasures and Harlem Hop-On Hop-Off Tour, the Night Tour, the Brooklyn Tour, the Multilingual Upper and Lower Manhattan Tour, the All Around Town Tour or Woodbury Common Premium Outlet Tour. Please be aware the All-Around Town tour requires a $14 upgrade fee.
