We know sometimes travel plans change, even at the very last minute. That's why, if you don't end up activating and using your pass within a year of the purchase date, we'll give you a full refund. No questions asked. Here's the best part: this built-in cancellation insurance comes with every card purchase — free of charge. Information for how you can return your non-activated pass for a refund will be listed on the voucher following your purchase.
Please note: Activated passes are non-refundable.
Your Go Los Angeles Card is valid for the number of days you selected for up to two weeks from first use. Days do not have to be used consecutively and your pass will be activated the first time you visit an attraction.
For example, if you activate a 3-day pass on a Monday, then your pass will be good for that day and 2 more calendar days in the next two weeks to follow. If you decide to go sightseeing again that Friday, then you will have one day left to use, and so on.
Please note that these are calendar days, not 24-hour periods, so we suggest you start your day early!
With Smart Destinations' Free Cancellation Insurance, you can return any unactivated passes to Smart Destinations for a full refund, within a year of the purchase date.
Most travelers visit between 2 and 3 attractions each day depending on individual preference. We suggest you count the number of attractions and divide by the number of days to get an estimate. Our most popular pass is the 3-day pass.
Compare the price of the pass to the gate prices of the attractions to see how much you can save. Many customers save more than 50%.
A Go Los Angeles Card is non-transferrable. Once you start using it, you are the only person who can use it to get into attractions. You must sign the signature strip on the back of the card and you may be asked to present an ID. Go Los Angeles Cards cannot be re-sold.
If you are traveling with a group, you may be asked to present each member of your group at the ticket window, for proof of ID.
Your pass is valid for daytime admission to attractions. This means that attractions cannot be visited after 5:30pm with the Go Los Angeles Card — so plan your day accordingly.
In most cases, you can visit each attraction once per day. Some attractions are valid only once during the life of the pass. Please reference your guidebook page for specific information on each attraction.
Child passes are for ages 3-12. Most attractions are free for children under 3.
You can pick up your passes at the Red Line Tour box office anytime between 9:30am and 4:30pm.
You can purchase your passes (or additional passes) at the Red Line Tours box office anytime between 9:30am and 4:30pm.
Attractions that require a reservation will display an "R" symbol on the guidebook page.
Some attractions require a credit card to hold a reservation. In these cases, your credit card will not be charged unless you do not show up for your reservation.
There’s no catch. Go Los Angeles Card has a partnership with all of the participating attractions to make your visit to Los Angeles as memorable as possible and to help you save time and money.
